Whatever the country, the same six things come up in every visit visa application. Get these right and the rest is detail.
Each embassy publishes its own list, and your situation adds more. But six documents appear in every single file.
The six
- A valid passport, plus your old passports if you have travelled before
- Bank statements that match your income
- Proof of what you do: a job letter and salary slips, or business registration and tax papers
- A clear reason for the trip, with dates
- Where you will stay: bookings, or an invitation from your host
- Proof of what brings you home: family, work, property or studies
Consistency is everything
The officer reads all your papers together. If your job letter says one salary and your bank statement shows another, that single mismatch can outweigh everything else. Before submitting, we check every paper against every other one.
